There are four simple steps:

  1. Submission: A manuscript should be submitted with all tables and figures. At this stage, we recommend that you send the full manuscript with tables and figures in ONE file.
  2. Quote: We evaluate your manuscript, and email a quote and an order form to you.
  3. Payment: If you are happy with our quote, payment should be made as instructed in the email. Once the payment is received, we will start processing your manuscript. The order form should also be completed and emailed back to us.
  4. Editing: We edit your manuscript using track changes, and suggestions may be added. We will return the manuscript to you, usually within 5–7 working days. Before you accept any changes, you should check that they do not alter your intended meaning.
